The Oak app offers a comprehensive set of features that can help transform your meditation practice into a daily habit. From your first session to your 500th, Oak provides a range of meditations, including mindful, loving-kindness, and sleep meditations, as well as unguided sessions and breathing exercises. With the ability to personalize your meditations by duration and customize them with silence or calming background sounds, Oak supports you in building a healthy meditation routine. It also keeps track of your progress, motivating you to continue your practice.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Meditation
<ul>
<li>Guided mindful and loving-kindness meditations led by male and female instructors</li>
<li>Choose guided sessions ranging from 5 to 30 minutes in length</li>
<li>Select unguided meditation sessions ranging from 5 minutes to 24 hours in length</li>
<li>Meditate in silence or opt for soothing background tracks like bells, blocks, bowls, streams, and other gentle sounds to enhance relaxation</li>
<li>Take a 10-day course to learn and practice Mantra meditation</li>
</ul>

Breathing
<ul>
<li>Perform simple yogic breathing exercises on-the-go</li>
<li>Options include Box Breathing, Deep Calm, and Awake sessions</li>
<li>Animated instructions remove any confusion or uncertainty</li>
</ul>

Sleep
<ul>
<li>Guided breathing exercises to help calm your mind as you fall asleep</li>
<li>Select silence or gentle background sounds to play during and after your session</li>
</ul>

Meditation Timer
<ul>
<li>Set your custom meditation duration, background sounds (or silence), and interval chimes for unguided sessions</li>

Progress Tracking
<ul>
<li>Track the total minutes/hours you've meditated, the number of mindful breaths taken, and the completed meditation/breathing sessions, as well as any consecutive streaks</li>
<li>Earn accomplishment badges for your meditation and breathing milestones</li>
<li>View real-time data on the number of Oak members engaging in mindfulness</li>
<li>Optional integration with Apple HealthKit to track "mindful minutes" with the Health app</li>
